​​​​​​GSHC misrepresents their surrogate profiles to IPs and IVF clinics to falsely obtain medical clearance and approval. Our surrogate had three mental illnesses and was medically unfit to carry a 42g bladder, let alone potentially two babies to term.

The surrogate failed drug tests on a fabricated excuse story of the death of her sister, who turned out to be very much alive and well.

Our son should have been celebrating his 1st Birthday as per his due date on Thanksgiving 2024, but he died because GSHC made at least eleven misrepresentations in the surrogate to the IP and IVF profile. Toke $48,000 in a VIP agency fee, which, at the time of engagement, GSHC represented that it conducted “medical record review” as part of its screening process. The agency therefore bears responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of that review, both to us as Intended Parents and to our IVF clinic.

Failed to provide required IP support and guidance - Gaslighting and DARVO abuse received instead.

Improper, uncontracted debits totalling $22,412.59, the attempted “VIP program” overcharge of $10,000 on 10/16/24, despite no contractual basis (it was always nothing more than a $10,000 program that we signed up to).

The birth aftermath was just as horrifying. Jia Shen showed no remorse. ​​​Instead of extending well wishes or inquiring about our premature son’s health while he was in the NICU, she chose to pursue the attempted VIP program fraud against her paying clients/intended parties instead.

The VIP program is a total scam and fraudulent program, as was the fraudulent attempt to submit handwritten, cash invoices of a non-existent cleaning company for escrow payout.

Reassignment of a case manager, Vivian, previously removed by my attorney due to conflicts of interest and conduct, including encouraging the surrogate to breach her contract. (Which resulted in us ending all contact with GSHC, other than defending the last fraud attempt from 10/16/24 and having to deal with agency-fee-covered tasks ourselves, alone, e.g, newborn insurance, etc.)

We speak out now for Frank, and for the many other families who may never know what dangers were hidden from them. His life mattered. His suffering mattered. And the truth must matter, too.
